About Product Registration

Congratulations on your Pentair Pool purchase! It's simple to activate your product warranty and submit your rebates. Here's some information about Product Registration. Once you are ready, you can start registering your products.

  1. Product Serial Number(s) How do I find my Serial #?
  2. Proof of Purchase/Installation (scanned receipts)
  3. Rebate Codes (if you have any)

Important

If you are submitting a rebate, rebates must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Product registration can be completed at any time. If you are registering your product for extended warranty, registration MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF INSTALLATION.

How to find your Pentair Serial #
Your Pentair serial number should be on a label that looks like this:

Serial Number Example

You may find your serial number located on the product or the product packaging, and in some cases you may find the serial number on your receipt.

The standard serial number format for all products, except for the Kreepy Krauly Prowler Cleaners, is 14-characters long.

For the Kreepy Krauly Prowler Cleaners, the serial number format is 10-characters long.

Please make sure you are entering without any spaces or punctuation.

Prepaid Card

*Prepaid card is given to you as a rebate and no money has been paid by you for the card. No cash access or recurring payments. Card valid for up to 6 months; unused funds will be forfeited at midnight EST the last day of the month of the valid thru date. In Canada, the card is issued by Peoples Trust Company pursuant to a license by Visa Int. In the U.S., card is issued by MetaBank®, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Card Expiration

The Card has a valid thru date embossed on the front of the Card. Once the valid thru date has passed, the Card will be void and will not be replaced. The Card will no longer be accepted at participating merchants and any value remaining after the valid thru date will no longer be available for use.

Please note:
  • Units purchased directly from an internet auction site are not eligible for rebate.
  • Units purchased directly from a wholesale distributor or dealer outside the U.S. or Canada are not eligible.
  • Please allow 4-6 weeks for your rebate to arrive
Prepaid Card

If you selected the mail option during registration, follow the instructions below to mail a copy of your sales/installation receipt:

  1. Rebate Confirmation (print out your confirmation after submitting your registration)
  2. Please make sure to include a copy of your sales and installation receipt.
    Note: If your sales and installation receipt are on one receipt, we will gladly accept one document.
  3. Mail your confirmation print out and sales/installation receipts to:
