You may find your serial number located on the product or the product packaging, and in some cases you may find the serial number on your receipt.

The standard serial number format for all products, except for the Kreepy Krauly Prowler Cleaners, is 14-characters long.
For the Kreepy Krauly Prowler Cleaners, the serial number format is 10-characters long.
